Full Day Sightseeing Tours On Big Island

Standard island tours that use the Saddle Road route are about 9-11 hours while those tours that use the northern route through Waimea are referred to as the Grand tour and that is between 11-13 hours.

Big Island Frequently Asked Questions

We are staying at a vacation rental. Can we be picked up at our accommodation?

In most cases, if you are staying in the resort areas we will be able to pick you up at the nearest safest spot for us to pull over. If you are staying in a neighborhood outside of those areas, we will arrange a location where you can meet your guide. For example, in Waikoloa, many tours will meet at the main marketplace, where there is plenty of free, safe parking.
Is a visit to the volcano included in every tour?

Yes, all of our Big Island circle island tours will make multiple stops within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. You may be lucky enough to witness the spouting of the lava in Kilauea during your visit.
How big are the group tours being offered?

Most of our tours have a maximum number of guests of 12 unless the individual tour states differently. We work to provide custom, personal experiences for each guest. Please let your guide what you are excited about seeing.
Do any of your tours have car seats available?

Yes we do have child car seats but we encourage parents to bring their own. Children are more comfortable when they are traveling in something they are used to. The tours on Hawaii Island have long driving periods where children usually fall asleep so we want them to be comfortable to do that.
